Workplace PLAYshops

Harnessing the power of play and the transferable skills of games, imagination and improvisation to team build, problem solve and feel good.

The central aim of the PLAYshop is quite simply to help the group to let off steam and have fun. It is not often in our adult lives that we can “let go” and play unreservedly. PLAYshops use the power of play and laughter to essentially help people get out of their “thinking heads” and to switch off from daily stresses.

Participants report feeling refreshed and re-energized. This feeling can then be harnessed and channeled into new projects, building and maintaining wellbeing and healthy ongoing relationships in the workplace.
